But, I did find some time to take pictures of the blooming cherry blossoms on campus!
So I'm going to admit that I photoshopped the cherry blossoms in the first picture on the left. I was dissatisfied with the natural lack of coloration in our flowers. The interesting thing, though, is that they bloom on the actual tree trunks. Did you know that? I sure didn't.
A nice close-up of a cherry blossom.
This is Drumheller fountain. It is a lot prettier on picture than it is in real life. The real experience is a lot less pleasurable since the water isn't very clean (ever smell a fish tank?). The moment the wind blows, you're greeted with foul-smelling water droplets that spray through the wind.On the left is the Electrical Engineering building while on the right is the Organic Chemistry labs, where I spent countless hours banging my head on the desk because chemistry makes no sense to me at all.

A block away from campus is the bustling street we call the "Ave". University Avenue is lined with various shops, but mostly restaurants for people like me who absolutely despise cooking. Food is cheap, 珍珠奶茶 is pretty good (outside of the stuff you get in 台灣, of course), and it's relatively safe as long as you stay in the area. Anyways, I think this picture does a good job at depicting life on the Ave!PS. Pictures were definitely not taken with your typical point-and-shoot. These beautiful 8.2 megapixel photographs were brought to you by my friend's Canon EOS 30D camera.

What a clever young lady who always read my mind and answered my question before I asked. I was
wondering when did I get you a nice camera like this one? Haha...
Thank you for taking time to capture beautiful moments for us. With your cherry blossom pictures, Nikomiko blossomed into a charming place.
Dear Q-比,
Thank you for the Spring tour at your school. The cherry blossoms are very pretty. Hope you did well on your gross anatomy exam and good luck on your genetics exam this week. By the way, please add Alex (alexd.wang@gmail.com) and Ilya (ilyaj.wang@gmail.com) to this blog. Thank you.
